Returns

We accept returns of eligible items within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unused
  • In their original condition
  • In the original packaging
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Items returned outside of the return window or not in resellable condition may not be eligible for a refund.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items may not be eligible for return, including:

  • Final sale or clearance items
  • Opened or used products
  • Gift cards
  • Custom, special-order, or personalized items
  • Any item marked as non-returnable at the time of purchase

If your product falls into one of these categories, it will be noted on the product page when applicable.

How to Start a Return

To request a return, please contact us with your order number and details about the item you would like to return. If your return is approved, we will provide instructions for sending the item back.

Please do not send items back without contacting us first, as unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

Return Shipping

Unless the return is due to an error on our part, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is the result of a damaged, defective, or incorrect item.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method when returning items, as we are not responsible for returns lost in transit.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 5 business days of delivery. Include your order number and photos of the item and packaging so we can review the issue and work toward a resolution as quickly as possible.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you if your refund has been approved. If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.

Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your account, depending on your bank or card provider.

Exchanges

We do not guarantee direct exchanges. If you need a different item, the fastest option is typically to return the original item, if eligible, and place a new order.

Order Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled if they have not yet entered processing or shipped status. Once an order has been processed or shipped, it can no longer be canceled and will need to follow the return process, if eligible.

Refused or Undeliverable Packages

If a package is refused or returned as undeliverable due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, any refund issued may be reduced by the original shipping cost and any return shipping fees charged to us by the carrier.
